Rules

11 v. 11 format on full size fields

No slide tackling or sliding (we’ve removed the grey area for this rule this year – stay on your feet); 

If observed outside the box a free kick for opposing team will be called. 

If observed inside the box a penalty for opposing team will be called. 

Cards for slide-tackling will be handed out based on the discrepancy of the referee

Cautions (yellow/red cards): 

• Yellow card- sin bin for 3 minutes (have to come off the field)
  
•  Red card- 2 yellow cards in same game, can return following week,  straight red card may be required to serve temporary  suspension from future games depending on the severity.
  

If a team has less than 9 players they will forfeit the game but the game will still be played, minimum of 7 players required; at that point teams would be encouraged to equally divide up players to play. 

Substitutions are on the fly and do not have to occur at half field 

Unregistered players will not be allowed to participate until properly registered and fees have been paid
