Rules

7 v. 7 format on half-size fields

No Sliding  (If your knee touches the ground at anytime it is considered a slide)

No Offsides

No verbal or physical harassment will be tolerated

Cautions (yellow/red cards): 

• Yellow card- sin bin for 3 minutes (have to come off the field). Your team will be a player short during this time.
  
•  Red card- 2 yellow cards in same game, can return following week,  straight red card may be required to serve temporary  suspension from future games depending on the severity.
  

SUBSTITITIONS

Substitutions may be made "on the fly" or during stoppages

FREE KICKS & PK'S 

All free kicks are indirect (with exception of penalty kicks)

During free kicks and corner kicks,  players must be 6 yards away from the ball

Penalty kicks are to be taken 10 yards from the goal line

Unregistered players will not be allowed to participate until properly registered and fees have been paid

16 game season

Must be 18 y.o. or older as of Dec 31, 2025
